WHAT IS UNTRAINING
Take conflict, for example. When a conflict is brewing or full-on, we call attention to it in front of the full group and examine what triggered it. We discuss Conflict Intervention techniques, and challenge the group to determine which technique to apply in the particular case. We do it together and everyone learns, including the supervisor or manager.
